由于破碎系統存在斷續性,再加上有些崗位工的責任心不強,造成破碎機械空(kong)運轉時間較長,電力(li)浪費。為(wei)此(ci)本人在(zai)石灰石二破(po)自行設計了(le)一(yi)種簡單實用的空(kong)載(zai)自停(ting)節(jie)電裝置。
當(dang)石(shi)灰石(shi)二(er)破(po)(po)(po)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)負(fu)荷動轉時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(我廠為180~210A),電(dian)流繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)KA1和KA2常(chang)閉(bi)(bi)觸點(dian)(dian)打開,節電(dian)裝置(zhi)不工(gong)作。當(dang)無負(fu)荷空(kong)運轉時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(我廠為75~100A),KA1、KA2常(chang)閉(bi)(bi)觸點(dian)(dian)之一(yi)(yi)(yi)或者兩個釋放閉(bi)(bi)合(he),時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)KT1線圈得(de)電(dian)開始延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(破(po)(po)(po)碎機(ji)(ji)(ji)主電(dian)路(lu)圖未畫出,KM為二(er)破(po)(po)(po)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)主接觸器(qi)常(chang)開輔助(zhu)觸點(dian)(dian),此時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為閉(bi)(bi)合(he)),KT1的延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范圍為0~600s。待延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)到,其延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)觸點(dian)(dian)閉(bi)(bi)合(he),中(zhong)間繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)K得(de)電(dian)吸合(he)并自鎖,且串接在(zai)提升機(ji)(ji)(ji)和石(shi)灰石(shi)二(er)破(po)(po)(po)接觸器(qi)回路(lu)的常(chang)閉(bi)(bi)觸點(dian)(dian)斷開將其停(ting)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。石(shi)灰石(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)破(po)(po)(po)和皮帶(dai)(dai)(dai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)因聯鎖停(ting)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),K的另(ling)一(yi)(yi)(yi)觸點(dian)(dian)使KT1失電(dian)復(fu)原,另(ling)一(yi)(yi)(yi)常(chang)開觸點(dian)(dian)使時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)KT2得(de)電(dian)延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),其延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范圍為0~1800s。在(zai)其延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范圍內(nei)二(er)破(po)(po)(po)不能再開機(ji)(ji)(ji)。延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間到,K失電(dian)復(fu)原,二(er)破(po)(po)(po)才能再開機(ji)(ji)(ji)。KT1延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的作用是短時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)空(kong)載(zai)不停(ting)機(ji)(ji)(ji),在(zai)其延時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)范圍內(nei)應盡快使之轉入帶(dai)(dai)(dai)負(fu)荷動轉,才能不停(ting)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。更多詳情請咨詢:0371-64373366
