鞍鋼燒結總廠是我國最早采用豎爐焙燒-磁選法(磁選機)分選鞍山式弱磁選性鐵礦石的選礦設備廠,已經有50多年的歷史。幾十年來,我國的焙燒-磁選廠對豎爐的爐體結構, 熱工制度和設備的大型化等進行了大量的研究和改進,同時改開路焙燒為秘魯焙燒,從而顯著地提高了熱能的利用率和選礦技術指標,鞍鋼燒結總廠焙燒-磁選的技術指標是:原礦含鐵33%左右,精礦含鐵63-64%,回收率82%左右。
豎爐(lu)焙燒(shao)(shao)(shao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)作為(wei)選(xuan)礦(kuang)廠整個生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)流程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中的(de)一(yi)個重要(yao)環節,其主要(yao)任務是將弱(ruo)磁(ci)性(xing)的(de)赤鐵礦(kuang)通過(guo)高(gao)溫還原處理(li)轉變(bian)(bian)為(wei)強(qiang)磁(ci)性(xing)的(de)鐵礦(kuang)石(shi),以(yi)滿足磁(ci)選(xuan)管(guan)回(hui)收(shou)率(lv)(lv)(MTRR)、臺時(shi)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)、煤氣(qi)(qi)消(xiao)(xiao)耗等(deng)綜合生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)指標的(de)要(yao)求。由于焙燒(shao)(shao)(shao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)具有綜合復雜性(xing),如(ru):一(yi)些關鍵工(gong)藝參數(shu)(如(ru)磁(ci)選(xuan)管(guan)回(hui)收(shou)率(lv)(lv))不能連續(xu)檢(jian)測,還原帶溫度(du)、燃燒(shao)(shao)(shao)室中心溫度(du)難以(yi)在(zai)線(xian)檢(jian)測,運行工(gong)況(如(ru)邊界條件、參數(shu))變(bian)(bian)化(hua)頻繁(fan),多(duo)變(bian)(bian)量(liang)強(qiang)耦(ou)合,強(qiang)非線(xian)性(xing)等(deng),使得(de)焙燒(shao)(shao)(shao)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)難以(yi)實現(xian)自動(dong)控(kong)制,因(yin)而造成難以(yi)準確控(kong)制豎爐(lu)還原帶溫度(du)而引(yin)起“欠還原”或“過(guo)還原”的(de)現(xian)象,使得(de)產(chan)(chan)品質(zhi)量(liang)差、能耗高(gao),因(yin)而實現(xian)焙燒(shao)(shao)(shao)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)自動(dong)控(kong)制和綜合生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)指標(磁(ci)選(xuan)管(guan)回(hui)收(shou)率(lv)(lv)、臺時(shi)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)、煤氣(qi)(qi)消(xiao)(xiao)耗)的(de)優化(hua)控(kong)制對于提高(gao)選(xuan)礦(kuang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)產(chan)(chan)品質(zhi)量(liang)、提高(gao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)、降(jiang)低生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)成本(ben)、減(jian)少(shao)資源消(xiao)(xiao)耗有著重要(yao)的(de)意義(yi)。更多(duo)詳情請咨詢:0371-64373366
